Abstract submission:   April 4, 2025

Due to the size of the venue, the total number of participants is capped. Participation will therefore be limited to presenters of accepted abstracts.

Early registration: May 23, 2025

Conference:  July 9-July 11, 2025

Registration fees

Early-bird: 500 EUR

Regular: 550 EUR

Late/onsite: 600 EUR

The fee includes: Social dinner and all lunches and coffee-breaks.

Additional information

The fees include VAT and are intended for EUROMECH members.
Membership to EUROMECH is mandatory.
Non-members are requested to pay at least the 1-year EUROMECH membership (the membership costs: 30€ for 1 year or 150€ for 5 years).

Important for non-members: the EUROMECH membership fee must be added to the conference fee item to complete the registration successfully.

Cancellation policy

The registration of participation is binding. Cancellation must be made in writing to euromech654@tuwien.ac.at by June 15, 2025. By this date, the registration fees will be fully reimbursed. No reimbursement will be made for cancellation received after June 15, 2025.

Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
